Thank you for using The Nice List ("the app"). Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
The Nice List does not collect, sell, or share your personal information. Your lists stay on your device.
We do not collect personal information. The app has no accounts, no sign-up, and no analytics or advertising trackers. The developer does not receive your gift lists, the names you enter, your budgets, or your wishlist items.
The gift recipients, ideas, budgets, and wishlist items you create are stored locally on your device. The app has no account and does not upload your lists to any server. The developer cannot see this data.
When you paste a link from a store (for example Amazon or Walmart), the app fetches a preview — such as the item's image and name — directly from that website using your device. We do not store or transmit your browsing activity to the developer. The websites you link to have their own privacy policies.
The Nice List is a general-audience app rated 4+. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us and we will help.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
